  DALLAS MINDFULNESS LOCATION

DM operates out of two offices—one in central Dallas near Lakewood, one in North Dallas near the intersection of LBJ and Central Expressway.  The ongoing meeting location for individual clients will depend on scheduling availability, study format and other factors.  At present, the majority of initial consultations are held at the central location.

NORTH LOCATION

Situated in North-Central Dallas, this office is also the location of Dr. Heather Robbins' psychotherapy private practice.  This building is on the south service road of the LBJ freeway (I-635), heading east, between Preston and Hillcrest.  For more detailed directions, please call 214-828-1745.   

CENTRAL LOCATION

This office is located near Lower Greenville, about five minutes southeast of the Interstate 75 and Mockingbird intersection.  It is between Skillman and Abrams, a few blocks north of Live Oak and Gaston Avenue.  For more detailed directions, please call 214-828-1745.
